I was always raised in a Assemble of God. My Grandparents, Aunts, my Mom & Dad so I raised my kids there also, now they go to a Cowboy Church, had never heard of it, so they talked me in to going & it was really nice they played alot of Christen songs & they were pretty good.
As long as my boys & there family's go to Church I think its good no matter how you was raised & my Grandkids love it.

I have never heard of a Cowboy church --- but I agree with you, Aletha --- as long as they worship and believe in God, it is a positive thing!

I was christened and raised as a Catholic but left the church along time ago. We raised our children as Lutherans.

I guess I consider myself non-denominational, but prefer to worship at Charismatic churches where they do not frown on raising your hands and praising from your heart. Some places are so formal and strict about not doing that. That makes them feel "dead" to me.
